The room I booked had lots of amenities available already.

our room was spotless and brand-new with many amenities and a couch, for instance. the hotel's staff were super friendly all the time.

I thought for the money i payed I would see better quality. The walls was scratched up and the table also. The iron didn't work properly I just expected better. The look entirely different online than in person.

Had to ask for clean towels, second day failed to clean my room. Wi-Fi is spotty. 4th floor has a wet, musty smell. tried to call the front desk several times and could not get through, line was always busy.

My last morning I was awakened by what sounded like a herd of kids or adults running on the floor above me. I went downstairs to complain and the lady at the front said she would call. It was quiet for about 20 minutes and then it started over again. Not a good morning at all.

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants, a movie theater, and a Walmart just a few minutes away. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was more variety of fresh fruits.
